Give Local is one of the most exciting 36 hours of the year, and the prizes make it even more fun. Whether you are rallying your donors to hit a milestone, competing for a top spot on the leaderboard, or making your Give Local debut, there is something for every organization to pursue. We encourage you to play hard, cheer each other on, and make the most of every moment of the campaign.
To keep things fair and festive for everyone, please keep these guidelines in mind:
1. Prize Limit: Your organization can win a maximum of two prizes - one general prize and one grand prize. The prize with the highest value will be awarded, and prizes may be reassigned by Foundation staff as necessary.
2. Fairness: The Foundation is committed to fairness in selecting winners. Prize eligibility based on donor criteria will be verified through a two-step process: GiveGab’s prize module and a Foundation audit to ensure accurate identification of winners.
3. Tie Breaker: In case of a tie, the winner will be selected randomly.
4. Final Decisions: All decisions are final. Prize winners will be posted on the Give Local prize page.
5. Prize Criteria: If the prize criteria are not met, the Foundation will reallocate the prize funds to the bonus pool.
